Leading with Humility & Coachability with LaChelle Seleski

What does humility mean to you? Is it important to you in your life?

Today’s guest, LaChelle Seleski, does a phenomenal job at displaying humility and courage in her leadership, so I’m excited for you to hear her share how she does it.

LaChelle was formerly an accountant, but she is now a leader in the Direct Sales Industry. She changed the trajectory of her life, and she has had high-level success year after year.

LaChelle has achieved “trip” status with the company she represents four times! She has also earned 10 pink Cadillacs throughout her career.

She is a mom to two wonderful children, a wife to her husband Ryan and a dog mom to Bella.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • What it’s like to transition to direct sales
  • The value of growing and learning
  • Being humble
  • How to incorporate the StrengthsFinder test into your business
  • How to help others step into their strengths
  • The power of awareness and deliberation

Humility is important in so many different areas in our lives, and I love what LaChelle had to say about it in this episode.

It was a pleasure to have her on the podcast!
