How to Find Flow

What is flow?

We are exploring that question in this episode, and more importantly, we are exploring how to find it.

Did you know that when you are in your flow or “in the zone,” you’re up to 500% more productive? If you’re anything like me, that sounds amazing.

I want to know how I can find flow more often and stay there longer so that I can be achieving those heightened levels of productivity.  The way to do that is through flow triggers, so are talking about what those are and how to utilize them.

We are also talking about the four stages of flow and where you can go to learn more about these concepts.

In Today’s Episode We Discuss:

  • What flow is
  • Why flow is so important
  • How to get a 500% increase in productivity
  • What flow triggers are
  • The difference between internal and external flow triggers
  • The importance of autonomy
  • Finding complete focus
  • The roles of high consequences and social risk
  • Making creativity a priority
  • Integrating these triggers into your life
  • The four stages of flow

Find the flow, whatever that looks like for you. Hopefully, this episode helps you to figure that out so that you can find it more often and stay in it more easily.
