Does it make you uncomfortable to be completely still?
Do you ever actually make time to be still without any distractions and thoughts floating around in your head?
It’s no great secret that if we want more in this life, it’s not about doing more, it’s about being more. One of the greatest ways that we can be more is by coming from our place of power, and that is found in stillness.
In this episode, I’m going to explore what stillness is, why it’s so powerful, and how to find it. It might sound simple, but if you’re not in the habit of finding stillness, I think you’ll find it more challenging than you expect.
In Today’s Episode We Discuss:
- The significance of the butterfly effect
- Why you can’t get where you want to go if you start with false information
- How to stop reacting and start creating
- The power of stillness
- Why we find it so hard to be still
- Having power over your thoughts
- What it really means to find stillness
- Being intentional about being still
- Ways to find stillness
Practice being still and observing your thoughts. This will allow you to be still in the face of fear. Fear causes you to be reactive, and when you are less reactive, you are free to create the future that you want.
