What does it mean to you to be courageous?
In this episode, I am sitting down with Colleen Brennan, an executive with a very large label in the wine world.
Colleen has shown up in the face of fear over and over again, and she has had the courage to go after new things to create more for herself and for her family.
We’re talking about fear, courage, competition, and so much more. It’s always fascinating to hear somebody humbly share their truth in the way that Colleen does, so I’m excited to share this episode with you.
Colleen is a creative, straightforward, consultative sales professional with executive-level experience in luxury wine sales and distributor chain management. She is able to build relationships with executives of large national companies from director to CEO and spearhead revenue growth. A problem solver and strategic thinker with a strong marketing background, she is focused on growing sales and brand equity.
In Today’s Episode We Discuss:
- What it was like to work on 100% commission
- Getting creative to overcome challenges
- Giving it all you have
- How to get people to move in the direction that you want them to move in
- The power of asking vs. telling
- How your greatest strength can be your greatest weakness
- Being competitive with yourself
- How to be a problem solver
I’m grateful that Colleen took the time to share her genius with us today, and I really hope that you were able to take something valuable away from what she shared with us.
I want to encourage you to remember what Colleen said in this episode: keep trying, don’t give up, have courage, and don’t let fear win!
